Prime Pilates & Rehabilitation is a fully equipped home studio situated in Butler - Western Australia. We welcome all clients who want to improve their movement and function and use a mixture of clinical Pilates and functional exercise rehabilitation techniques suitable for conditions such as:

  • Postural problems and chronic pain

  • Spinal conditions including disc prolapse, herniations, fusions, scoliosis and spondylolisthesis 

  • Inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis

  • Cancer - during treatment and post treatment/surgery

This boutique studio will perfectly suit anyone who prefers more one on one care away from the intimidation of large group classes and gyms.

We offer private and semi private sessions to cater for the specific needs of each individual and our exceptionally high quality equipment caters for all ages and ability levels from pre surgery, post surgery through to the elite athlete. 

We strive to educate our clients on how their individual body works, enabling them to self manage and take control of their condition, continuing to improve independently once they are able.

Through our individualised programs we aim to decrease pain, increase mobility, regain strength and stability, improve balance and co-ordination allowing you to move with ease and feel confident to get back to the movements that bring you joy.
